Step 3 — We Activate Your Discount
Once we receive and verify your email, we'll activate your exclusive 10% discount and free shipping on your account within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as everything is live and ready.

What ID do I need to send?
Any official credential that identifies your role works — a department ID card, badge photo, military ID, veteran's card, or similar. It doesn't need to be current if you are retired — we honor all service.
Is my ID information safe?
Absolutely. Your ID is used only to confirm eligibility. We do not store, share, or use it for any other purpose. Once verified, your information is deleted.
How long does activation take?
We activate accounts within 1 business day of receiving your email. You'll get a confirmation as soon as it's done.
Does the discount apply to sale items?
