South Shore Scents — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every scent you order. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Unopened Items Only Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item that has been opened, sprayed, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Return Window Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@southshorescents.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without receiving authorization from us first.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as South Shore Scents is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
